🔄 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me (Sarah Engelhardt, mail[at]sarahengelhardt.art) with a clear statement (e.g. by email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form template below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than the standard option), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day I receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return—whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified me of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are custom-made or personalized, as they are produced based on individual specifications.
