📜 Terms and Conditions(Shop)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop operated by Sarah Engelhardt. They govern the relationship between the seller (Sarah Engelhardt) and the customer.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in the online shop are non-binding offers. A legally binding purchase contract is only concluded when the customer completes the order process and receives a confirmation email from the seller.

4. Prices & Shipping

All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

• PayPal

• Bank transfer (prepayment)

Bank details will be provided via email after completing the order.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 5–10 business days after receipt of payment. For custom formats or made-to-order items, the delivery time may be longer. The seller will inform the customer in such cases.

Shipping within Germany costs €5.99. International shipping is available on request and priced individually.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Copyright

All artworks and illustrations are protected by copyright. Purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical product, not usage or reproduction rights.

9. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. The seller is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are affected.
