Shipping Methods

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped either flat, in sturdy mailing tubes, or as insured parcels—depending on size and material. Within Germany, shipping is handled by DHL or a comparable service provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is charged at a flat rate of €5.99 per order.

Shipping to other countries is possible upon request. International shipping costs are not listed in advance and will be calculated individually based on size, weight, and destination. Delivery Time

The standard delivery time within Germany is 5–10 business days from receipt of payment. For custom formats or made-to-order prints, delivery may take longer. In such cases, I will notify you in advance.

Returns from Abroad

Please note: I do not accept returns from outside Germany. If you have questions about your order, feel free to contact me directly—we'll find a solution together.
